What does a gym with a personal trainer actually do for you?

A personal trainer at a gym does far more than count your reps. They assess your body, understand your goals, design your programme, correct your form, and keep you accountable session after session.  

How long before I actually start seeing results?

You'll start feeling better, have more energy, better sleep, and less stress within the first 2 to 3 weeks. Visible changes to your body typically begin around 6 to 8 weeks of consistent training. 

I'm a working woman with barely any free time. How will I manage the gym?

This is something we hear a lot  and it's a real constraint, not an excuse. Three sessions of 45 minutes a week are genuinely enough to see results, especially with a trainer-designed programme.

My teenager wants to join a gym. Is it safe at their age?

Yes, when done correctly, gym training from age 13 is safe and genuinely beneficial for teenagers. The key is age-appropriate programming that focuses on movement quality, coordination, and building healthy habits rather than lifting heavy weights.
